Special characteristics:
The tea is grown naturally in the higher mountain regions near Shang Yu in Zhejiang province, without the use of pesticides and fertilisers. Harvesting is only carried out for a short time each year in the first half of April. Due to the small amount cultivated, this variety is mainly offered on local markets. It is of particularly high quality with a unique taste and aroma. Due to the way it is produced, the leaf buds unfold fully in the infusion. The ingredients dissolve very evenly over a longer period of time without becoming bitter. The tea is easy to prepare and is ideal for daily use.

100% handmade. We get this tea directly from small producers and tea farmers in China. The tea is grown and processed in a traditional way. Such high qualities are usually produced by the tea farmers only for the local Chinese market. Therefore we are regularly on site with the producers. The direct contact to the tea farmers enables us to offer very reasonable prices with outstanding tea quality. All our teas are checked for pesticide residues by an independent laboratory. We deliver the tea in re-sealable and aroma-safe stand-up pouches made of ALU/PE.
